Refund policy

Every Jean Gray Candle Co. product is thoroughly inspected before it is shipped out to our customers. 

If you have received the wrong product or are missing a product in your order, please let us know within 14 days of receiving your package.

Used candles or matches cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment with supplemental photographic proof of damage. These claims must be submitted to Jean Gray Candle Co. within 7 days of delivery.


You may return your unused products for a full refund of your purchase price, less shipping and handling within 14 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for paying return shipping charges. Please contact us at hello@jeangraycandleco.com for further details.
